The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Learning and Development team you will contribute to the design and development of innovative training materials that enhance employee skills. As an Associate you will engage in project tasks and support senior staff while building your knowledge in content management and data visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of training materials and programs
- Assist senior staff in project-related tasks
- Engage in content management and data visualization
- Collaborate with team members to enhance learning experiences
- Support the evaluation of training effectiveness
- Participate in workshops and training sessions

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Graduate degree in relevant discipline
- Experience in L&D support roles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and G Suite
- Familiarity with Power BI and Alteryx tools
- Demonstrating project planning and time management skills
- Conducting primary research and content creation
- Excelling in client communication and SME interaction
- Open to learning new skills and industry trends
- Eye for precision and adaptability to new situations
