Whats The Opportunity
As a Print/Bindery Production Operator youll play a key role in ensuring our customers print jobs are completed with precision and speed. Youll be trained across multiple areas giving you exposure to different aspects of production and the chance to expand your skills. With your attention to detail and adaptability youll help keep our production floor running smoothly while meeting tight deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
What Will You Do
- Receive process and fulfill daily print job requests.
- Operate and maintain Ink Jet and Toner-based envelope printers bindery equipment and wide-format tools.
- Perform quality checks on production runs to ensure accuracy and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Management Customer Service Design and Production teams.
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.
- Use Adobe Suite Microsoft Office and other software tools to prepare and execute jobs.
- Support various areas of production from print room to wide format.
- Ensure all projects meet customer satisfaction deadlines and company standards.
What You Bring To The Table
- High school diploma (required); related print/production experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail accountability and adaptability.
- Willingness to learn and confidence to work across multiple production areas.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
- Excellent teamwork communication and multitasking skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the initiative to solve problems and exceed expectations.
