What youll build

You will build and maintain an efficient employee-focused car fleet in Romania implementing Global Car Fleet strategies and supporting sustainability and process improvements. You will collaborate with local management and stakeholders while managing relationships with leasing providers manufacturers and other partners to deliver excellent service to company car drivers

Your tasks will include:

• Acting as the point of contact for the car fleet in Romania
• Proactively supporting and shaping Global Car Fleet strategies (e.g. innovative fleet solutions process standardization/automation sustainability)
• Aligning with local management and collaborating with internal stakeholders (HR/Payroll Controlling GPO etc.)
• Preparing reports for stakeholders accounting purposes and management
• Administering car leasing contracts and handling daily fleet management tasks (end-to-end process from ordering to acquisition)
• Providing support to colleagues who drive a company car through various channels (ticket system e-mail phone)
• Serving as the main contact for leasing providers manufacturers car dealers etc. while working in a global set-up

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience in car fleet management preferably in the high-tech industry
• Strong knowledge of car leasing processes
• Experience in leading electric vehicle projects and fleet-related initiatives
• Proven project management skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
• Self-managed and customer-oriented while being a strong team player across locations
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
