- Integrate and apply AI tools (Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT etc.) to support development documentation and internal productivity.
- Partner with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Troubleshoot debug and optimize scripts and automation pipelines.
- Document code processes and provide knowledge transfer to team members.
Required Skills & Experience: - Strong proficiency in Python with proven experience in scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT or similar).
- Experience writing clean maintainable code and debugging effectively.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with APIs automation platforms (e.g. Zapier Power Automate) or cloud environments.
- Background in IT operations or data analysis.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering or conversational AI workflows.
- Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
