Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement industrial automation solutions (PLCs HMIs SCADA).
Program configure and debug Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for manufacturing processes.
Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve issues with automated production lines and equipment.
Collaborate with production maintenance and engineering teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
Optimize existing automation systems to improve efficiency reliability and product quality.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for automation hardware and software.
Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Siemens Rockwell) HMI/SCADA development and industrial communication protocols.
Hands-on experience with industrial robotics (e.g. KUKA FANUC ABB) and machine vision systems.
Proven ability to design implement and optimize automated control systems in a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in troubleshooting and debugging complex automation hardware and software issues.
Knowledge of industrial safety standards regulations and best practices for automation systems.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with industrial robotics (e.g. Fanuc ABB KUKA Universal Robots).
Proficiency with machine vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence).
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration and data analytics platforms.
Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity best practices for Operational Technology (OT) environments.
Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
