As one of our core consultants you will work directly with our clients Information Technology division on high-impact projects from developing innovative student-facing applications and securing cloud infrastructure to building scalable data and integration platforms. We are seeking experts in modern technologies like AWS Security Databricks AEM MuleSoft and the Salesforce ecosystem who are ready to drive significant change and deliver top-tier results for a complex organization. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews testing and deployment activities.
• Support data modeling integrations (APIs Data Loader) and migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues promptly.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• 2-4 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex Flows and Lightning Web Components and declarative tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (APIs Data Loader).
• Understanding of Salesforce security (roles profiles permission sets).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Salesforce Developer II certification preferred.
• Minimum Years Experience 2 years (2-4 years experience)
• Required Certifications: Salesforce Developer I and Administrator certifications required.
