- The client has launched a new research lab in San Francisco to develop foundational capabilities for useful AI agents.
- We re enabling practical AI to make our customers more productive empowered and fulfilled.
- In particular our work combines large language models (LLMs) with reinforcement learning (RL) to solve reasoning and planning for the Nova Act browser agent.
- In this role you will improve and operate internal tooling to collect diverse agentic data (i.e. people completing tasks on a computer) at large scale from humans and other sources.
- You will work directly with Autonomy s extensive human data program.
- You will work across the stack to maintain improve and run an existing production system; collaborate with engineering and modeling teams; help set technical direction; deliver new features; and generally accelerate the data collection process.
Required
- 5 years of overall software engineering experience
- Full-stack web development experience (backend and frontend)
- Experience with AWS and PostgreSQL in production
- Familiarity with TypeScript and/or Python
- System uptime
- Delivery velocity
- Tooling effectiveness measured via human data volume and error rate
