Job Description-:

Develops tests and implements various customer communication workflows using the Quadient Inspire Platform.
Implement APIs based on architecture frameworks and guidelines ensuring its secure and scalable to meet performance standards
Assists in resolving internal/external inquiries related to input/output requirements intended usage strategic planning and alignment with internal checks controls and quality assurance.

Skills/Experience:

Years of Experience: 5 years

Minimum Qualifications

5 w/Bachelors degree
MS is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Quadient Inspire Platform: Designer Scalar Content Manager Automation Interactive Approve Workflow
API Technologies: experience with REST SOAP and other API protocols
Programming Languages: proficiency in languages such as JavaScript Shell Scripting JAVA
Databases: SQL
Version Control: GitHub

Required Skills: Experience with CCM (Customer Communications Management) Platforms: Precisely EngageOne Platform (Desirable)
