We are now expanding our team in Kozhikode at our Government Cyberpark office and are seeking interns who are eager to learn grow and transition into full-time roles with us.
About the Internship:
We are looking for smart analytical Data Analyst Interns interested in exploring the Email Marketing and amp; Deliverability domain. As an intern you will gain hands-on experience with real client data reporting and performance analysis. You will assist our Deliverability Team in ensuring that client campaigns are optimized for success and learn how analytics drives decision-making in email marketing.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career at the intersection of data analysis email marketing and SaaS.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Email Performance: Track deliverability metrics bounce rates and inbox placement.
Data Analysis and amp; Reporting: Collect analyze and prepare client reports with actionable insights.
Campaign Insights: Support in reviewing sender reputation spam complaints and authentication setups (SPF DKIM DMARC).
Support Client Teams: Provide data-driven suggestions to improve client campaigns and list quality.
Research and amp; Learning: Stay updated on email marketing trends analytics practices and industry standards.
Skills and amp; Qualifications:
BTech (Computer Science IT Electronics) or BSc/MSc (Computer Science Data Science Statistics or related fields) or certification in Data Analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL/Python for data analysis is a plus.
Good communication skills for preparing reports and sharing insights.
Eagerness to learn about Email Marketing SaaS and Deliverability.
