Job Description
- Leading a project team to deliver client-specific ESS service solutions including IP-based CCTV access control alarms booms gates and electric fencing.
- Conducting preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system uptime and reliability.
- Supporting minor installations and integrating software platforms to meet customer requirements.
- Managing daily operations including fault finding reporting and documentation.
- Coordinating with subcontractors service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Planning and scheduling daily weekly and monthly activities for technical teams.
- Overseeing site assessments stock collection and environmentally responsible equipment disposal.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO & 45001 standards and Thorburns SHEQ policies.
- Assisting the estimating department during plan reviews and defining project requirements.
- Maintaining accurate administrative records including job cards overtime sheets and travel logs.
