Executive Recruitment Consultant: Chartered Accountants CIMA and General Finance
Other Duties Include:
- Serve as a Project Manager for DAO & foundation clients overseeing various operational aspects.
- Assist clients with managing day-to-day operations administration and integral functions.
- Handle outsourced accounting tasks including transaction management and bookkeeping.
- Prepare quarterly management accounts and basic financial statements for clients.
- Compile transparency reports conduct KYC and due diligence checks on grant proposals and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review governance proposals monitor compliance with bylaws and legal requirements and provide summary reporting on proposals and on-chain activities.
Education:
- Completed BCom Degree
- Qualified CA(SA)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Tech-savvy
- Passion for cryptocurrency AI blockchain and VR
