Job Summary
CityVet is looking to hire experienced receptionists with two or more years of experience in the medical and/or veterinary field. Candidates must be able to provide exceptional customer service that exceeds our clients expectations. Receptionist responsibilities will include but are not limited to answering a multi-line phone system making appointments checking patients in/out handling cash and credit card transactions and keeping lobby and retail areas tidy and stocked.
We are looking for a receptionist with a willingness-to-serve attitude who works well in a team environment. Must work well with computers pay close attention to detail multitask and flexible with hours and holidays.
