Job Summary

Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Accounts Management
End to end ownership for business deliverables from partner- Drive sales numbers and increase BFLs penetration in partner volumes Monitor the industry landscape to identify opportunities for further business development and growth
Responsible for end to end funnel Management Reporting Retargeting campaigns tracking to drive higher volumes. Also to find the areas of improvement and execute system enhancements accordingly
Identify and drive implementation of opportunities for additional business via partner by planning strategic partner driven interventions like creating fest promotion by partner etc.
Make visits to the partners and engage with their technology/business teams to understand on ground issues challenges and opportunities
Engage with internal and external SPOC for customer dispute management.

Project Management
Product concept closure on wireframe level for customer journey and internal and External API handshakes
Work with IT to close Product Requirement Documents.
Responsible for creating enhancing & updating delivery plans/trackers; tracking timelines and reporting status & dependencies to all relevant stakeholders for all ongoing capabilities on a continuous basis.
Work with partners to close commercials and legal contracts.
Monitor health check for all day to day IT processes & capabilities developed or to be developed for project and its related platforms.
Once the project is live analyse at the beginning of the month to estimate the monthly target and project month-on-month growth business volume value of transaction etc. from the key account
Required Qualifications and Experience
a)Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Post-graduate MBA
Work Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience
Exposure to multiple aspects of project management with significant exposure to product development (Fintech Experience is preferred).
Strong Project / program management with hands-on experience in delivering customer facing apps and website integrations
Previous experience in online website & API technologies
Excellent spoken and written communication skills and ability to quickly grasp concepts and drive with agility as independent designer. Self-start for initiatives is key.
Proficient in MS Excel & Power point.
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution
