Job Summary
Assistant Wellness Director
Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse ready to grow into a leadership role This position is designed as a stepping stone for an LPN who wants to move into management and eventually lead a Wellness Department. Youll gain hands-on leadership experience while working closely with the Director of Wellness and building the skills to take the next step in your career.

What youll do:
- Support the Wellness Director in ensuring high standards of care and resident satisfaction.
- Oversee CNA PSA and CMA staff: hiring scheduling training and mentoring.
- Conduct resident assessments and build individualized service plans.
- Step in to fill scheduling gaps and keep operations smooth.
- Partner with families residents and staff to deliver excellent service and care.
- Participate in leadership functions including compliance quality assurance and marketing efforts.
What were looking for:
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
- At least 3 years of nursing experience (management exposure is a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of dementia and long-term care.
- Someone who wants to grow into a Wellness Director roleopen to learning mentoring and taking on responsibility.
