Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a dynamic Brand Events Manager to shape and deliver impactful commercial initiatives in a leading Shopping Center in Lisbon.Job Description
Define and execute the shopping centers business plan related to generating additional revenue through the commercialization of common areas.
Monitor and control budget performance.
Analyze revenue within the Brand Events area.
Manage and proactively seek new operators for the shopping center.
Coordinate the implementation of Brand Events actions (draft contracts manage payments and oversee on-site execution).
Handle unpaid claims until the case is transferred to the Asset Management or Legal Department.
Collaborate with the commercial department: analyze the tenant mix track sector trends regarding chains franchises etc. and adapt to consumer needs and demands.
Work with the marketing department to deliver high-impact events and with the leasing department for Pop-Up agreements.
We are looking for a professional with at least 4 years of experience in managing and generating additional revenue in one of the following sectors:
Amusement Parks or Leisure Companies
Shopping Centers
Communication and Marketing Agencies specializing in Retail and/or Event Organization
Degree in Business Administration Advertising Tourism Commercial Management or Public Relations. A postgraduate degree in Commercial Management or Marketing is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Word).
Proven experience in customer service and commercial management.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Languages: Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
