We are looking for a Russian & English-speaking Customer Support / Interpreter to join our remote team in this role you will provide professional interpretation and customer support services via phone and video helping clients communicate accurately in sensitive and high-impact situations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time interpretation between Russian and English speakers via phone or video

Support clients in sectors such as healthcare legal and insurance

Ensure accurate confidential and culturally appropriate communication

Follow operational guidelines quality standards and compliance procedures

Deliver professional and empathetic customer support in all interactions
Requirements

Fluency in Russian and English (C1 or higher)

Strong communication and listening skills

Ability to work remotely in a structured performance-driven environment

Comfortable handling sensitive or technical conversations

EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal
