Job Summary

Finance Analyst BrandSpace

Your opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst who will collaborate with the Brandspace and Customer Solutions Team supporting our Brandspace Retail business to provide financial analysis and insights deliver accurate financial reporting including actuals forecasts budgets and financial modelling and become a trusted business partner.

Preparation and delivery of accurate management reporting variance analysis and insights for month-end budget and forecast processes for the Brandspace Retail business.
Support the delivery of Overhead reporting to the Brandspace Team (including monthly reporting forecast and
budgets).
Preparation and delivery of compliance matters including half-year and year-end audit process ensuring accuracy and consistent treatment of accounting issues
Provide support and insights to the Group Managers and Head of Brandspace Retail to develop strategies for the
Brandspace Retail business.
Analyse operating metrics including occupancy and rate to develop the communication of results to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the end-to-end financial process by engaging with and influencing operational business partners and
cross functional finance teams; to gain alignment on commercial outcomes.
Manage the calculation of the sale commission process ensuring the adherence to policy and the alignment with business goals.

Strong commercial acumen and
excel modelling skills.
Demonstrate well-rounded knowledge of technical accounting matters
Undergraduate degree plus CA
or CPA qualification or similar level of practical experience
Knowledge of JDE TM1 and
advanced Excel preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Curious mindset
