The Opportunity
Were seeking a HR Manager to lead and scale our HR operations across Ireland and the UK. As the HR country lead youll be a trusted advisor to senior leadership driving workforce strategy building an inclusive culture and leading .
This is a high-impact leadership role70% strategic 30% operationalwhere youll shape the future of people and culture across two key markets. You will lead and scale GMS Ireland and UK regional HR team (3-5 direct reports) If youre passionate about driving transformation enabling leaders and creating a workplace where people can thrive this role is for you.
