Job Summary

Are you ready to step into a true Systems Engineer role where youll own and enhance enterprise IT infrastructure instead of just maintaining it

Were partnering with a leading financial services firm to add a Systems Engineer to their growing technology team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of cloud on-prem and Microsoft 365 environments while mentoring others and serving as a key escalation point.

What Youll Do:

Manage and enhance Microsoft 365 Azure and AWS environments
Oversee VMware backup/disaster recovery (Veeam Rubrik) and on-prem systems
Act as a go-to escalation point for infrastructure & advanced desktop issues
Support ongoing cloud migration projects and security initiatives
Automate processes with PowerShell or Python
Contribute to business continuity compliance and cybersecurity efforts

What Were Looking For:

3-6 years in systems/network administration (enterprise experience preferred)
Strong Microsoft 365 & Azure background; AWS a plus
VMware server infrastructure and backup/recovery skills
Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell Python)
Bachelors degree required; certifications (MCSA AWS CCNA) are a plus

Location & Schedule:

Hybrid role Boston HQ 4 days in office 1 day remote
Occasional travel (up to 2025%) to other U.S. offices
On-call rotation: one week every six weeks

Compensation & Perks:

$100K $150K base salary
1020% annual bonus potential
