Job Summary
Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for the operation maintenance and continuous optimization of IT infrastructure across company sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the reliable operation of site-specific IT infrastructure including networks servers client systems and peripheral devices.
Analyze and independently resolve complex issues related to network hardware and software environments.
Configure monitor and optimize network components (switches firewalls access points) as well as server and storage solutions.
Plan and implement cross-site IT projects and evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and processes.
Implement and monitor IT security policies ensuring compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation and continuously develop internal IT standards.
Provide IT support and advisory services to internal teams and deliver training sessions as required.
Coordinate external service providers and vendors to ensure service quality and performance.
Qualifications :
Education Qualifications & Professional Experience:
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g. IT Specialist for System Integration) a four-year college degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or an equivalent qualification.
In lieu of a degree at least five years of professional experience in a comparable IT systems administration role may be considered.
