Are you passionate about logistics quality control and making sure things run smoothly Serigraph is looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Fulfillment Point Person Level 3 to join our dynamic this key role youll be at the heart of our operationsleading line setups ensuring compliance with customer specifications and driving fulfillment excellence across shifts. Fulfillment Level 3 Point Person Responsibilities -
- Oversee and set up line production monitor kit preparation and perform First Piece Approval.
- Direct Level 2 Point People flex employees and temporary workforce to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Ensure team conformance to department procedures and motivate team members.
- Conduct in-process team audits focused on quality safety and compliance.
- Define and ensure adherence to quality standards with authority to halt production and notify management of concerns.
- Communicate effectively with Fulfillment Supervisor about order progress scheduling staffing and issues.
- Optimize fulfillment line configuration components and shift coordination.
- Verify and report labor data; complete job tickets and move tags.
- Provide training and technical support to coworkers in Fulfillment Operations.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for Kit Packing Lines.
- Determine packaging designs to protect products during shipping.
- Utilize EZPOP system/Hydra for preflighting and Excel for spreadsheet formatting.
- Collaborate with Fulfillment Level 2/3 Point People supervisor and shipping on job status.
- Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow environmental practices focusing on recycling energy conservation waste reduction and safe material disposal.
- Perform various finishing tasks including packing counting applying labels shrink wrapping and operating equipment.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Supervisor.
- Ensure quality and stop production to correct quality concerns. Inform management of products and/or processes that do not conform to requirements.
- Ensure all environmental practices and materials are handled and disposed of per appropriate procedures in your area.
- Support Serigraph current quality business system and understand use of SPECS the Serigraph quality manual.
What we are looking for in a Fulfillment Point Person Level 3 -
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of good departmental and company safety/housekeeping/PPE practices.
- Understand departmental procedures and policies.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in Fulfillment Operations and Titan system.
- Leadership capabilities in a non-supervisory role including training and mentoring peers.
- Organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic math proficiency.
- Professional and service-oriented demeanor with internal/external clients.
