Business Development: Onboarding new partners and managing the existing relationships Manage all the operational work for partners related to partner website Daily Scrapping partner website to ensure BFL visibility Work closely with ARU teams to ensure the implementation of customer campaigns Daily coordination with partners for FU cancellations & Customer services resolution Reconciliation of receivables for E-commerce partners and collect NOC monthly Addressing E-commerce partners issues (Invoice Tech scheme related catalogue related) Responsible for various communications in terms of reports & analysis to E-commerce partners Perform research and identify new potential partners and new market opportunities for extending No Cost EMI. Relationship Management: Work closely with partners to ensure continuous coverage of BFL NCE on partner website Create customer pull for BFL EMI schemes through various mediums Build processes to ensure on time service delivery to partners. Ensure timely reconciliation of receivables for E-commerce partners Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of E-commerce partners are timely addressed Responsible for various communications in terms of reports & analysis to E-commerce partners Identify revenue leakages in system and build processes to prevent revenue loss

Required Qualifications and Experience
a)Qualifications Post Graduates with relevant sales experience of 5-8 years (also graduates with experience of 8-10 years may apply)
b)Work Experience Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Excellent communication skills. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. Demonstrated ability to lead from the front. Excellent relationship skills. Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
