Inviting applications for the role of Manager Clearing and Settlements- Agile Business Analyst!
In this role we are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst (BA) Manager Settlements SME to join our team in the clearing and settlement domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial services this role you will be responsible to provide a single point end to end accountability for the project oversight reporting to project management team establish working relationship with technology partners etc.
Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead the implementation of Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban within the clearing and settlement teams.
Understanding the Domain: Cross team collaboration
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders including customers developers product managers and product owners.
Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams to ensure high performance without compromising on quality.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in finance business administration or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
Experience: Relevant years of experience in business analysis within financial services. Prior experience with clearing and settlement processes.
Agile Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or similar certification is required.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like JIRA Confluence or other project management software.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Ability to think innovatively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment
