The role

As Associate Director Commercial Partnerships the key focus of this role is forming new commercial partnerships between Bradfield Development Authority and other government and industry partners . Your work will span everything from overseeing project strategy and execution to building strong networks with government and private sector partners and promoting flagship initiatives. Youll be driving outcomes that support both Authority and commercial partner objectives while ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards.

You will coordinate multiple complex goals and deadlines managing diverse stakeholder interests and advocating for a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Success in this role means leading continuous improvement adapting strategies to market trends and fostering trusted relationships that deliver real impact for Western Sydney and beyond

What you will bring to the role

Demonstrated solid experience in negotiating with senior stakeholders in a wide range of organisations and across various sectors
Demonstrated commercial acumen and an ability to identify emerging trends impacting program delivery
Demonstrated strong working knowledge of technology trends and proven experience of tailoring communication to suit a diverse range of stakeholders
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate and present solutions ideas and recommendations.
