About the job
We are seeking principle Power Management IC designers to join our team. Candidates will be asked to design innovative high performance integrated circuits which include DC-DCs AC-DCs Gate-Drivers and multi-functional power management circuits.
Job Responsibilities
- Translate system requirements to chip and block level architecture and specifications
- Circuit design of high performance PMIC blocks (DC-DC AC-DC Gate Driver etc.) responsible for system-level and block-level design and verification
- Work with and provide guidance to layout engineers and monitor the progress of the layout
- Collaborate with validation product engineering and test engineering teams to enable successful transfer to production
Job Requirements
- Master degree in Microelectronics/Electrical engineering
- Extensive experience in smart gate drivers (low-side/high-side/isolated driver) design
- Extensive experience in switching regulators design (multi-phase buck boost buck-boost fly-back PFC LLC) converters
- Good understanding of different power architectures and control methods
- Expertise in EDA tools (Spectre Simplis Matlab)
- Deep understanding of power stage design and layout design
- Knowledge of bipolar BiCMOS and BCD process technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong inter-personal teamwork and communication skills are required
