Job Summary
Senior MEP Cost Manager required for a global integrated project management consultancy who are delivering a Multi-billion () new-build data centre project in Charleroi Belgium.
The successful candidate will manage the commercial & cost aspects of major MEP packages from client-side on a large complex infrastructure project.
The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in cost management / quantity surveying with a consultancy/developer background. Candidates must have pre-construction contract experience with some knowledge of post-construction contracts. Experience working on data centres pharmaceutical aviation or other technically projects is required.
This is a full-time site-based position 5 days per week on-site in Belgium. Candidates must hold the right to work in the EU as no visa sponsorship is available.
