We are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants who are motivated and friendly with a passion for improving outcomes and life experiences for our pupils in the school with SLD and PMLD needs. The school is looking for a range of teaching assistants to help us deliver the curriculum and help our pupils achieve their potential. If you are a forward thinking highly motivated teaching assistant with a passion for learning come and visit us to find out how we can make a difference together.
You will:
have experience working with SEND students
use a range of strategies to support a diverse range of complex needs
have strong interpersonal skills and innovative techniques are essential
support a rich high quality stimulating and enabling learning environment where resources can be accessed appropriately by all pupils
support each pupil to access a broad balanced and relevant curriculum differentiated to meet individual needs
use creative and diverse approaches to support the needs of all pupils and to develop a love of learning
support tasks relating to real life experiences
be willing to share good practice
be looking for a challenge
be passionate about supporting learning characteristics in pupils
be able to adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines
be able to maintain confidentiality
have a desire to participate in school and trust CPD opportunities
have an awareness of Safeguarding
a willingness to contribute to the wider school through our curriculum enrichment and extended school offer.

Qualifications:
SEND Experience
Grade C /4 Mathematics and English
Good level of computer literacy
Line manager: Class Teacher.
