About the Role
Responsibilities include:
Supporting students in class across a range of subjects
Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils needing additional support
Assisting teachers with classroom management and preparation
Helping maintain accurate pupil progress records
Contributing to pastoral and behaviour support
Experience & Qualifications
Experience working with young people (school experience desirable)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
Salary
