You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as an Ibotta Care Workflow Analyst. This role provides deep technical knowledge insights and guidance to support projects training process improvements and decision-making. The Workflow Analyst collaborates across teams to ensure best practices are implemented and knowledge is effectively transferred throughout the organization.
What you will be doing:
Serve as the subject matter expert for all Ibotta Care workflows within the organization.
Provide accurate timely and thorough guidance on workflow best practices and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and up to date workflows.
Review and validate documentation procedures and deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
Identify gaps in processes tools or knowledge and recommend improvements.
Support projects and initiatives by offering expert analysis and recommendations.
Act as a liaison between technical teams leadership and stakeholders to ensure clear communication.

What we are looking for:
Knowledge and experience in all Ibotta Care workflows.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to translate complex concepts for varied audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.

Base compensation range:$20.00 - $23.00 per is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
