Job Description Summary
The Information Technology Technician I is a student worker role within the University Technology Services ( UTS ) Learning Technologies team. This position supports a technical area and provides an opportunity for students to gain experience in IT operations documentation and process improvement. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Villanova faculty/staff/students with Learning Management System (Blackboard and Brightspace) support and other Villanova supported learning technologies support (e.g. Zoom Respondus VoiceThread etc) Assist with UTS -Learning Technologies answering and completing service requests from Villanova faculty/students/staff Assist UTS -Learning Technologies staff with projects as needed Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation and assist in process improvement projects. Other tasks as assigned
