Position Summary:
This position will focus on sales activities such as phone outreach and client visits. You will propose IT-driven solutions to clients business challenges using our technology and expertise. Additional responsibilities include project follow-up creating proposals and quotation documents and managing potential leads.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities with both new and existing clients (including cold calls and occasional door-to-door visits)
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers
- Prepare proposals quotations and sales orders
- Manage potential sales opportunities and maintain pipeline
- Oversee project schedules and coordinate with internal teams
- Perform various administrative tasks related to sales (such as creating materials and reports)
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US (OPT not accepted)
- Fluency in both English and Japanese
- Basic PC skills (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Valid drivers license
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (closed weekends and holidays)
Location: Fort Lee New Jersey (on-site)

Salary: DOE $45000.0050000.00 benefits package such as: Insurance(Medical Dental) PTO Sick Leave Holidays etc.
The salary will be determined based on the candidates experience level with the provided range typically reflecting 0-1 year of prior sales experience.
