Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure including network servers and end-user devices across office and plant floor environments.
Oversee the reliability security and performance of operational technology (OT) systems such as SCADA MES and industrial control systems.
Ensure the continuous availability and robust disaster recovery planning for critical manufacturing IT systems.
Provide technical support and service desk management for all manufacturing and administrative personnel.
Lead the planning implementation and deployment of new IT solutions and technologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and capabilities.
Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures with a strong focus on protecting both enterprise IT and industrial control systems.
Manage IT budgets vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware software and IT services.

Recommended Qualifications

7 years of progressive IT management experience with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
Deep expertise in IT infrastructure cybersecurity and enterprise applications (ERP MES) common in manufacturing.
Proven ability to manage IT/OT convergence Industrial IoT initiatives and digital transformation projects.
Strong leadership and project management skills including budget management and team development.
Demonstrated success in aligning IT strategy with manufacturing business goals to drive efficiency and innovation.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA systems.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT AI/ML in manufacturing).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
Experience with cybersecurity for Operational Technology (OT) environments.
Proficiency with ERP modules specific to manufacturing (e.g. SAP PP MM).
