About the role
As a Network Operations Project Manager for Maersk E-Commerce you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and accurate execution of medium-to-high complexity implementations and initiatives with a moderate geographic scope across North America. These projects will have a significant impact on business operations and customer outcomes
You will be responsible for facilitating a seamless transition from strategic roadmap to operational execution ensuring business objectives are met and operational readiness is addition you will lead continuous improvement initiatives across the operations team identifying opportunities to optimize processes enhance performance and drive efficiency. This role also involves managing cross-functional initiatives that support and enable operational excellence in North America while supporting existing account reviews to uncover areas for improvement and long-term value creation.
