What I Will Be Doing:

Join us in supporting people with disability to achieve their goals and build the life they choosefull of purpose independence and joy.

As aSenior Support Workerin our accommodation setting at Mount Hutton I will:

Supportthe day-to-day running of specialist disability accommodation activities focused onDaily Living Skills Independence and Active Person Centred Support.
Workclosely with the Service Coordinatorto support the teams success stepping up when needed.
Facilitate customer focused daily activitiessuch as personal goals hobbies and gardening to engage and inspire customers.
Assist with administration tasks includingWHS audits(fire drills site safety inspections) to ensure a safe environment.
Help plan and review customer programs and plans providing guidance to other support workers and ensuring that best practise is implemented and followed specific to the customer plans.
Assist with rosteringin Niara and help cover duties when the Service Coordinator is absent.
Be available from 8 am to 4 pm ensuring consistent support throughout the day.
