The Treasury Function in Dublin is responsible for interest rate FX and liquidity management for all DLL Groups global operations. There are 29 people in Treasury comprising of Treasury Advisory Dealers Finance Operations Risk and Cash Management.

We are seeking to recruit an Internal Funding Analyst to join DLL Irelands Treasury Services Team.

We are looking for an organised & efficient customer focused individual who will be responsible for processing new Internal funding contracts and for preparing risk reports on risk positions in is a busy role which will provide great exposure to a range of tasks & experience within DLL including internal DLL customer service Treasury Front Office Treasury Risk Treasury Operations. This requires an individual with good relationship building skills attention to detail and must have a strong sense of taking responsibility for the order to successfully respond to the challenges of the role the ideal candidate should also exhibit or possess the following characteristics and experience:

Day to Day

• Establish the daily and weekly funding needs of the DLL local offices based on system based reports from the Leasing systems
• Arrange Pre hedging needs of the local offices based on the pipeline of new business
• Book the new funding needs of the countries into the Treasury Management System
• Prepare monthly overview Gap Analysis Reports for each office / portfolio
• Prepare monthly Asset and Liability reconciliation reports per portfolio per currency based on the output from General Ledger of the local offices
• Ensure all policies relating to Balance Sheet Risk Management are adhered to at all times
• Support the automation of all manual processes within the internal funding process
• Prepare dashboard report of all risk exposures
• Other ad hoc duties that may arise within Treasury Services team

Essentials

• Minimum 3rd level education to degree level is desirable with Finance and or Economics focus
• Strong Excel skills
• Enthusiastic
• An ability to work as part of a team and to deal with business units in a friendly and professional manner including building relationships with local Finance and Commercial teams
• Excellent organisation skills with ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent relationship management skills with professional telephone manner
• Willingness to go above and beyond the role for the good of the wider team
