Join our dynamic Global Transaction Banking (GTB) team as an Associate Treasury Management Officer and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions to multinational corporates. As an Associate TMO youll be the go-to expert for clients and internal teams partnering closely with Corporate & Investment Bankers to provide seamless end-to-end treasury solutions. Organized by industry sector youll ensure a consistent and simplified client experience across all markets.
This is a client-facing execution-heavy role designed for a commercially minded professional who thrives on problem-solving collaboration and delivering results under tight timelines.
What Youll Do
- Drive Client Success: Champion a customer-first culture deepen relationships and leverage the banks global capabilities.
- Originate & Execute: Assist in sourcing new business support senior TMOs in managing CFO and Treasurer relationships and help structure bespoke solutions.
- Innovate Across Products: Work on Cash Management Trade Finance FX and Project Finance coordination.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with product specialists risk teams operations and technology to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Analyze & Optimize: Conduct data analysis prepare client proposals and design treasury strategies that transform working capital and liquidity management.
What Were Looking For
- Commercial Acumen & Client Focus: You understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong attention to detail and ability to execute under pressure.
- Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working across Coverage Product Risk Ops Legal and Tech.
- Growth-Oriented: Agile learner with a passion for innovation in financial services.
Your Background
- Experience in Transaction Banking Corporate Banking Trade Finance Advisory Markets or Consulting.
- Degree in Finance Economics Business Engineering or related field.
- Strong Excel PowerPoint and Word skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Language skills in Spanish French or German are a plus.
