Job Summary
Hone your clinical skills now at Beleura Private Hospital in our General Medical and Surgical Ward! Permanent fulltime Registered Nurse position on offer - 76 hours per fortnight.
About the Role
As the Registered Nurse you will provide patients with high standard of dedicated and specialised care to which the team prides itself. As a Ramsay Health Care Nurse you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders. You will support the assessing planning coordinating and evaluating of the care delivery of each patients individual needs. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services you will be responsible for assessing planning coordinating and evaluating the care delivery of each patients individual needs.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role you will bring a strong clinical skillset with a passion for patient care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsays core values.
You will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Nurse with a focus on surgical nursing particularly orthopaedic surgery plastic surgery urology and general surgery.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills and be comfortable with effectively working in a team environment and independently.
You will also bring
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered
Minimum one year General Med & Surgical experience
Any post graduate qualifications will be well regarded.
An ability to provide clear patient education and instruction
Proven ability to work effectively in a health-care team and positively influence the performance of other staff.
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from: $36.13 - $ 49.96 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)

Requirements
Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
According to the role Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
