Pay Range: $45000 $50000 per year Full-Time MondayFriday Onsite

Are you looking to grow your career in Human Resources Were seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team in Plainfield IN. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of HR coordinator experience in a retail or warehouse environment who wants to gain hands-on HR experience and take on more responsibility.

In this role youll support our employees and leaders by ensuring accurate HR processes payroll auditing and benefits support while also building a strong foundation in HR compliance and engagement activities.

What Youll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for associates answering questions about HR policies payroll and benefits.

  • Audit payroll and ensure timekeeping accuracy; partner with supervisors to resolve discrepancies.

  • Track and maintain compliance records including background check renewals and annual training requirements.

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and annual benefits open enrollment.

  • Maintain employee data and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Provide general HR administrative support while learning additional HR processes and systems.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Coordinator (retail or warehouse environment preferred).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detailespecially with payroll and compliance tracking.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain HR policies and processes clearly.

  • Motivated to learn and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Position Details

  • Location: Onsite in Plainfield IN (this role is not remote).

  • Schedule: MondayFriday; shift options are 7:00 AM 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM 4:30 PM.

  • Compensation: $45000 $50000 annual salary.

  • Employment Type: Full-time entry-level HR position.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $41900.00 - $67100.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
