Planon Nordics is expanding its footprint across Sweden Denmark Norway and Finland. Based in Gothenburg our team delivers enterprise software that helps clients manage their buildings workplaces and facilities more effectively. We serve world-leading brands across the region. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for leading software implementation and follow-up projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful delivery and long-term value.
In this role you will:
- Lead large-scale customer-facing projects with significant stakeholder engagement extended duration and substantial billable hours.
- Take full accountability for project scope budget risks timelines and resource allocation ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and manage project plans aligned with client needs business value and Planons implementation process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing updates managing expectations and proactively addressing risks and conflicting interests.
- Apply structured project management methodologies with a strong preference for Waterfall while driving continuous improvement and quality.
- Lead cross-functional and multicultural teams assigning responsibilities tracking progress and ensuring accountability for high-quality deliverables.
Profile
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager who thrives in complex software environments and leads enterprise-level implementations with clarity and confidence. You are client-focused analytical and persuasive able to navigate shifting priorities and align stakeholders around shared goals. With a strong grasp of enterprise software and change management you build trust and deliver results.
You bring:
- 5 years of experience managing large-scale customer-facing software implementation or consulting projects for enterprise organizations.
- Proven ability to take full accountability for project scope budget risks timelines and resources.
- Strong experience applying structured methodologies with a preference for Waterfall.
- Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams influencing stakeholders in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure client satisfaction.
- Fluent in English and Swedish or Danish (other Nordic languages are a plus); willingness to travel occasionally.
It is a bonus if you bring:
- Prince2 PMP IPMA or a similar qualification.
- Experience with IoT applications and building management solutions.
