Job Role :Intern Operations
Team :Buyer Onboarding
Internship Tenure:3 months (with the possibility of a full-time opportunity based on performance)
Job Description:
Conducting KYC of buyers
Calling buyers for the verification process
Onboarding buyers to the Drip platform
Resolving queries over call and email
Maintaining TAT and responding to emails within defined timelines
Skills Required:
- BBA BCA BCom or any Bachelors degree
Excellent communication skills
Open to working flexible hours
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Shift Timings: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM/ 3 PM - 12 AM
