Location: Birmingham Oak Court

Salary: 23587.20 per annum pro rata

Hours: 15 hours per week Monday Friday - flexible options considered

Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team in our over 55s Housing scheme in Birmingham.

Youll be keeping all areas of the scheme well maintained and kept in a clean and tidy condition.

The successful candidate will ideally have a background of working with vulnerable adults or within sheltered housing and good experience of cleaning.

Duties will include hoovering mopping sweeping and ensuring communal kitchen and toilets are cleaned daily.
