Job Summary
Cleaner
Earn 12.60per hour (24638 pa pro rata) with great benefits including Health Cash Plan
Permanent Part time (25 hpw) 5 hours per day
Covering 4 services Trevenson in Camborne Penventon in Redruth Rosehill Meadow in Penzance and Midway in Falmouth.

Want to help create a clean tidy home for vulnerable people We house customers with Adult Social Care needs and youll be at the heart of ensuring they have a homely place to live. Cleaning our properties youll also work with the team on turning around void rooms effectively to house someone else who needs it.
What youll do
Work with a supportive team to keep communal areas and properties spotless creating spaces that feel cared for and comfortable
Youll prepare void rooms ready for our next customer to move in
Give the office a spruce up when needed keeping workspaces fresh and pleasant

You have
Some experience of general cleaning duties
A positive attitude and respect for customers maintaining professional boundaries while showing kindness and understanding
Your ability to work on your initiative and as part of a team making sure tasks are completed to a high standard
To get from A to B youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that well pay your mileage!

The practical bits
Flexible working hours (or were open to agreeing a work pattern with you)

Youll need a Standard DBS check done and we pay for that.
