Hybrid Curriculum Coordinator

Overview:Wellheart Charter School is seeking a passionate organized and innovative Curriculum Coordinator to lead and support the development alignment and implementation of a dynamic K-8 curriculum within our hybrid learning modelwhere students engage in both in-person and at-home instruction. We are seeking a thoughtful and visionary Curriculum Coordinator to support our educators and students in this dynamic Responsibilities:Curriculum Leadership:Design evaluate and refine K8 curriculum to ensure alignment with academic standards instructional best practices and the unique needs of hybrid curriculum mapping scope and sequence and vertical alignment across grade levels and subject integration of core subjects with project-based interdisciplinary and experiential learning Instructional Design:Collaborate with teachers to develop high-quality instructional materials that are effective in both in-person and at-home learning and support the implementation of digital tools and platforms that enhance student engagement and learning consistency in instructional quality and pacing between at-home and in-person learning instructional coaching and mentorship to K8 faculty including co-planning observation and & Data Analysis:Oversee the development and use of formative and summative assessments aligned with curricular student performance data to inform instructional decisions and support continuous with administration and teachers to implement data-driven instructional & Communication:Work closely with teachers and specialists to ensure cohesive instructional as a liaison between grade levels and departments to ensure smooth curriculum curriculum plans and updates to families as needed supporting understanding of the hybrid model and student :Required:Bachelors degree in Education or a related field (Masters preferred).Valid teaching credential and 35 years of teaching experience in K8 experience in curriculum development and instructional understanding of hybrid and/or blended learning with educational technology platforms (e.g. Google Workspace for Education LMS systems digital curriculum tools).Preferred:Prior experience as an instructional coach department head or curriculum working in or supporting hybrid or flexible learning interpersonal communication and organizational Environment & Expectations:Ability to work on-site during in-person instruction days and support virtual planning and coordination on at-home learning to adapt and respond to evolving student needs instructional formats and school in the life of the school including faculty meetings parent events and community flexibility and innovation in a school model that evolves with childrens needs and to Apply:Please submit a resume cover letter and references to In your cover letter briefly describe your experience with curriculum development and hybrid or blended learning.
