What does aWebcare & Community Managerdo
As an InternationalWebcare & Community Manageryou together with a team of dedicated international colleagues will be the online face of different organizations and work to increase online engagement and ensure happy customers for your this role you will be responsible for managing and growing their involves a range of tasks and responsibilities such as:
Responding to questions complaints and compliments on behalf of brands on their social channels.
Actively encouraging engagementthrough appropriate interactions thatchannel the tone of voice showcase creativity humour and of course flawless spelling and grammar.
Monitoring and reporting on interactions as well as providing strategicinsights.
Navigating possible damaging engagement and crisis the escalation of online negativity surrounding the brand.
Performing native quality checks.
Converting customers into loyal fans of the brand.
Job Requirements:
Spoken and written fluency in German English or Frensh (fluency in English is required).
Social media is in your DNA: you know the in-and-outs of social media platforms (TikTok Instagram Facebook Snapchat familiar with Pinterest and YouTube)
Flexibility in your schedule available in weekends.
Currently living in the Netherlands.
Vocational/university level education.
Education in the direction of: Communication Communication Science Media/journalism Communication & Multimedia Design Marketing or something similar.
