Project Overview
This team is the central social media content engine for the brand creating and distributing engaging content that grows our audience and deepens brand love. Operating in a fast-paced creative environment we manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across all major social platforms. As storytellers and conversation starters we connect the brand with culture and our community.
Role Overview
The Social Team Producer/Project Manager is a hybrid role that combines creative production with rigorous project management. Youll oversee the end-to-end execution of social media posts and campaignsfrom briefing to deliveryensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest creative standards. As the organizational backbone of the team youll enable creatives and strategists to focus on producing world-class work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media production workflows tracking all projects from concept through completion.
Serve as the primary liaison between the social team and internal stakeholders including creative paid media legal and product marketing.
Develop and manage timelines budgets and resource allocation ensuring delivery of all assets.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks resolving issues before they impact deadlines.
Support campaign planning by streamlining processes and ensuring clear communication across teams.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day social content production and ensure deadlines are met.
Facilitate smooth cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
Track and manage timelines resources and budgets across multiple concurrent campaigns.
Qualifications :
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
4 years of experience in project management or producing specifically within a creative agency or in-house social media team.
Proven success managing a high volume of creative projects in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content production workflows.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides Drive).
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Sprinklr Sprout Social Hootsuite).
Basic knowledge of creative software (Adobe Creative Suite Canva etc.).
