We are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor of Merchandise to join our team in our Administrative Offices in Laureldale PA!
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing payments and resolution of vendor discrepancies
Supervise a small office staff
Positively and effectively interact with Vendors Buyers Logistics and other departments as required towards the goal of identifying and resolving issues
Maintain accuracy through problem solving and independent decision-making capabilities along with the skills to plan organize develop interpret and implement business office programs objectives and procedures
Acquire the ability to train and support coworkers in all Accounts Payable tasks
Assist the Accounts Payable Manager with all aspects of the division
Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent related experience
Prior retail experience is a plus
Computer skills should include a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
PeopleSoft experience is a plus.
Strong mathematical skills
Demonstrate critical analytical skills and sound judgment
Have a strong work ethic and have the ability to be innovative
Good written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
