Position Overview:
As a Digital Experience Analyst Intern you will support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that enhance member engagement across Louisiana Blues digital channels. Youll collaborate with analysts designers and internal stakeholders to help deliver user-centered measurable digital solutions that align with brand standards and business goals.
This internship offers hands-on experience in digital strategy content creation campaign execution and user experience designideal for students pursuing careers in digital marketing UX or healthcare communications.
What Youll Do:
Assist in themeasurement and reportingof research insights digital engagement metrics and customer service interactions.
Support the development and maintenance ofdashboards and visualizationsusing tools such asExcel SQL Tableau and Power BI.
Contribute tosurvey analysisandpost-call feedback reportingusing platforms likeQualtricsandCRM.
Help document and communicate findings throughwritten summaries presentations and job aids.
Participate inteam meetingsand collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and share insights.
What We Are Looking For:
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing Design Communications Business Data Analytics Healthcare Administration or a related field.
Cumulative GPA: 3.0 preferred; 2.5 minimum cumulative GPA.
Strong interest in digital marketing user experience and healthcare innovation.
Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics Qualtrics Adobe Analytics CMS platforms or email campaign software is a plus.
Experience or coursework inExcel SQL Tableau Power BI or similar tools.
Interest incustomer experiencedigital engagement anddata storytelling.
Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
