- Conduct product demonstrations training sessions and clinical workshops.
- Support sales team in pre-sales activities by showcasing product capabilities.
- Provide technical assistance post-installation to ensure product adoption.
- Act as liaison with OEM partners for product updates and technical issues.
- Develop training materials and technical documentation for customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- HND or Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science Biochemistry Microbiology or related field.
- A minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit is required.
- 35 years experience in laboratory practice applications or diagnostics support.
- Strong technical knowledge of diagnostic equipment and reagents.
- Excellent training presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to support customer sites.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
