Transactional Finance Manager
Location: Manchester (WFH and flexible working policies)
Salary: Up to 45000 per annum benefits
Job Type: Full-time Permanent

As a Transactional Finance Manager you will take ownership of day-to-day finance operations in a hands-on role that provides autonomy visibility and the chance to make a real impact. This progressive forward-thinking company offers genuine career development and flexible working arrangements.
The Role
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable reconciliations VAT and bank payments
- Maintain accurate records and support month/year-end close
- Build strong supplier and customer relationships
- Provide reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies
The Candidate
- AAT qualified (or equivalent) with strong transactional finance experience
- Knowledge of Xero (or similar) preferred
- Detail-focused deadline-driven and proactive
- Confident communicator able to collaborate across international teams
