Location: Canning Vale Industry: Construction / Equipment Hire

FULL TIME $75000 - $80000

Are you an organised go-getter with a knack for keeping things running smoothly Were on the hunt for a Branch Administrator whos ready to bring energy efficiency and a customer-first attitude to our high-performing team.

What Youll Be Doing:
Supporting Branch & Regional Managers with day-to-day admin
Managing data entry reports and correspondence
Keeping inventory and operations running like clockwork
Delivering friendly professional customer service
Assisting with invoices reconciliations and records
Ensuring compliance and reporting on branch performance
Coordinating staff travel site mobilisation & documentation

What Were Looking For:
23 years admin experience (bonus if its in construction or equipment hire)
A confident communicator with great organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
Experience with mobilisation is a plus but not a must
WHS or First Aid certificates Even better!
